I had Dilophosaurus, Pteranodon, Velociraptor, the big person-eating T.rex, the stomping, roaring T.rex, the Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Coelophysis, Carnotaurus, Dimetrodon, Pachycephalosaurus, Tanystropheus, and juvenile Tyrannosaurus (it was cooler than the adult). I wish I knew what had happened to those figures because they kicked ass! Now, though, the Papo dinosaur figures are what I collect. They are cast from the Jurassic Park maquettes.Zachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08692080707969333711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4495945046934115087.post-25006164643336215622007-10-01T14:37:00.000-04:002007-10-01T14:37:00.000-04:00Yes...good old JP. I was about 11 or 12 when the movie came out and I was OBSESSED with it...bought all the toys, made my own movie...
I just moved into a new apartment and found a suitcase full of JP toys. My boyfriend picked up Dimetrodon and said, "Hey...this isn't a dinosaur, is it?" I beamed with pride. He's had it ever since...
I lost my Triceratops, but the rest of them are all there. We put them on display in our living room, which is rapidly becoming "The Dinosaur Room."Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01477707480338232435noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4495945046934115087.post-33708252083269887162007-10-01T14:27:00.000-04:002007-10-01T14:27:00.000-04:00Love those blind cave salamanders. I had that toy as a youth...don't know what happened to it, though. Aside from the raptor (which snapped its mouth at you), it was my favorite JP toy.Zachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08692080707969333711noreply@blogger.com
